These batteries are half the weight physically as the Li-Ion battery that came with the screw gun.Therefore, the capacity should be less... AND is LESS!I used it again yesterday and it lasted 25 minutes (they both do...) I really DO NOT think it is a bad pack (both of them!!?? they just are different.Do not get fooled like I did, buy the $100 single li-ion and watch the shipping weight. Get the heavy one! My old one (3 yrs) that I wanted to replace out lasts these by hours. I swear.thank you and spend wisely.`2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.Batteries wont charge, and dont hold chargeBy ssisnowpowerFirst off ill start by saying im a die hard dewalt fan, I own a complete 18V XRP Set(almost every tool made,except the concrete vibrator and the 3/8" Impact Driver) and 3 12v drills. The tools work great.Dont waste your time with the newer battery's unless you work indoors. I dislike the batteries because my charger wont charge them when they are cold. Well where I live and work its cold alot, so my batteries dont charge when I need them to. I have gone back to my older compact nicad batteries and they continue to preform exelent in freezing conditions. P.S. I also own a makita and expirence the same issue with their batteries as well. I have returned 4 of their batteries because the charger would say their bad.See all 6 customer reviews...
