I have several tools and had 4 NiCad XRP batteries... I currently have one Li-Ion battery. I spent last winter finishing my basement, while my NiCad batteries were needing to be swapped out every 2 hours or so, my Li-Ion would go half a day before needing a charge; hanging drywall no less. This battery brought new life into my tools drills. I'm planning on picking up at least 1 more, if not 2 more of these batteries, as I am ALWAYS chasing it down to use in one my tools instead of praying my XRP NiCads have a charge. One note, the battery will abruptly "die" but I certainly prefer that to the loss in power while still drilling that my other batteries do.12 of 19 people found the following review helpful.Something they don't tell you!By Robert A. ParhamI am positive the battery will function just as a battery should but the purchase of this battery should include the caveat that you need to purchase or already own the correct charger.
