Featuring a hammer drill, a reciprocating saw, a circular saw, a right angle drill, a cut-off tool, and a flexible floodlight--all powered by DeWalt's trademarked XRP 18-volt Ni-Cad batteries--this six-tool set is a formidable job-site combination. With a maximum output of 480 unit watts, DeWalt's DC925 cordless hammerdrill is a powerful choice for completing drilling and fastening jobs quickly and efficiently. This drill offers the convenience of a heavy-duty 1/2-inch self-tightening chuck that ensures more than enough bit-gripping torque for precision performance, even when drilling through tough materials. The DW960 right angle drill offers 310 in./lbs. of maximum torque and measures just 4-1/2 inches long, making it an ideal tool for working in tight, awkward spaces. The DC385 reciprocating saw is a formidable tool as well, with the ability to cuts through 80 two-by-fours on the power supplied by a single charge. This powerful saw offers 1-inch strokes at up to 2,900 SPM for quick, accurate cuts, and its design includes a conveniently placed blade clamp that allows for quick, keyless blade changes. Also included in this kit is the DC390, a circular saw that delivers plenty of precision and power for a wide variety of construction tasks. It can handle cutting a two-by-four at a 45-degree angle in a single pass and has the power to cut 100 two-by-fours on a single charge, making it a great pick when you have lots of joints to build. The durable, 6-1/2-inch carbide tipped blade included in this kit cuts smoothly and quickly, and the included rip fence keeps material from shifting as it is cut for excellent precision. The DC411 cut-off tool provides 6,500 RPM for serious cutting or grinding, and it includes wheels and guards designed for both types of application. The DW919 flexible floodlight, two XRP batteries, a 360-degree side handle, a carbide-tipped circular saw blade and rip fence, type 1 and type 27 guards, a wrench, a backing flange, a type 27 wheel, a three-position side handle, and a durable contractor bag for easy transport round out this kit.DEWALT DC6PAKRA 18-Volt Heavy-Duty XRP Cordless 6-Tool Combo Kit

I could not of asked for a greater Christmas gift.2 of 11 people found the following review helpful.Too High of a price, poor qualityBy T. J. GriffinI just got this at Lowes for $569, plus they had it on sale for 20% off which made it 455.20 plus an extra $10 off coupon for my next visit. Update 12-25-2010I would not recommend Dewalt tools. After using drill for 2 months the chuck broke, Lowes replaced it yet since then I 've had to take it to their tool center in Sac twice which for me is 180 roundtrip. Also the last time there they wouldn't repair items unless I paid the charge even tho is was still under warranty. they tried to claim that is was because of heavy use even tho i'm just a homeowner. I had to file a claim with BBB.org to get them to honor their warranty. Black and Decker finally agreed to fix it and the broken skill saw. Now the drill is being to smoke and I'm sure that it's only a matter of time before it dies. Also I have a contractor friend that have used Dewalts in the past and he said that their batteries don't last. I know that my batteries don't hold a charge for long but i won't pay 100 for new onesSee all 2 customer reviews...
